What is the return policy for items purchased from the online store?

We prioritize customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused item within 07 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange based on your preference. If I received a damaged/defective item. How can I get it replaced?

Once we've verified the problem, we'll arrange for a replacement or refund, and guide you on how to return the item to us.
